摘要
广西先期建设的几个山地风电场的风机基础为重力式扩展圆形基础,塔筒通过基础环与风机基础连接。在投产运行1~2年时间内,多台风机相继出现基础环周边的混凝土产生裂缝及与基础板连接处出现松动、冒浆等现象。桂北石板岭风电场风机基础设计采取了基础环加焊接锚筋的措施,避免了类似问题的出现。笔者对先期建设风机基础问题产生的原因进行分析,对加固措施进行总结,为后续建设的山地风电场基础环形式风机基础设计提供参考。
The fan foundation of several mountain wind farms in Guangxi is a weighting spread circular foundation the towerdrum is connected with the fan foundation through a foundation ring. Within one to two years of operation several fans haveappeared concrete cracks around the foundation ring one after another as well as loosening and bleeding at the joint with thefoundation plate. The fan foundation design of Shibanling Wind Farm in northern Guangxi adopts the measures of addinganchor bars to the foundation ring to avoid the occurrence of similar problems. The author analyzes the causes of the problemsand summarizes the reinforcement measures provides a reference for the design of fan foundation in the form of foundationring for mountain wind farms to be built later.
