摘要
老挝会兰庞雅水电站厂房内安装2台44 MW的冲击式水轮发电机组,机组采用一次循环冷却水系统。电站运行半年后机组冷却水系统管路内壁出现有机质附着物,影响了机组的冷却,导致机组温升过高。为了解决冷却水系统管路内壁附着问题,采用密闭的二次循环冷却水系统对原冷却水系统进行改造,解决了机组温升过高的问题。
There are two 44MW pelton hydrogenerator units installed inside the powerhouse of Houay Lamphan Gnai Hydropower Station theunit adopts primary recirculating cooling water system. After half a year of operation of the power station there are organic matter deposits in theinner wall of the cooling water system of the unit which affects the cooling of the unit and results in excessive temperature rise of the unit. Inorder to solve the problem of internal wall attachment of cooling water system the original cooling water system is rebuilt with a closed twicerecirculating cooling water system and the problem of high temperature rise of the unit is solved.
