摘要
文章基于平班水电站1号水轮发电机弹性油箱锈蚀的情况,对锈蚀的原因进行了分析。经研究发现,该锈蚀可能是由于弹性油箱波纹管两侧凹槽内有积水、杂质或安装时防锈工艺不良等多方面原因引起的。由于锈蚀部位的特殊性,只能采取化学除锈方法来进行除锈。除锈后,对弹性油箱的压缩量进行测量,以检测弹性油箱是否渗漏。经处理、测量后发现,该化学除锈方法效果良好。
Based on the corrosion of the elastic tank of the No. 1 hydrogenerator in Pingban Hydropower Station this paperanalyzes the causes of the corrosion. The study shows that the corrosion may be caused by accumulated water in the grooves onboth sides of the bellows of the elastic tank impurities or poor anti - rust technology during installation. Due to theparticularity of the rusted parts chemical derusting can only be used for derusting. After derusting the compression amountof the elastic tank is measured to monitor whether the elastic tank leaks or not. After treatment and measurement it was foundthat the chemical derusting method had good effect.
