摘要
针对主排水泵房所处地段围岩强度低、完整性差、围岩变形破坏严重问题,提出了工字钢桁架立体支护+注浆加固的围岩控制措施。即扩刷断面后放入立体式工字钢桁架,随后采取壁后注浆+短管浅孔注浆+深孔注浆加固的方式,对硐室围岩进行全断面立体式加固。矿压观测结果表明,该支护方式可有效提高围岩的完整性和稳定性,1年内围岩形变量控制在25mm内,应用效果良好。
Aiming at the main drainage pump room are in low areas surrounding rock strength, integrity, and serious problems of surrounding rock, put forward the joist truss stereo bolting and grouting reinforcement of surrounding rock control measures. That is to say, after enlarging the section, put into the three-dimensional steel truss, and then adopt the method of grouting + short tube shallow hole grouting + deep hole grouting to reinforce the whole section of the tunnel wall. The results show that the method can effectively improve the integrity and stability of the surrounding rock. Within one year, the surrounding rock shape variable is controlled within 25 mm, and the application effect is good.
