摘要
作为煤矿井下运输物料的关键机械设备之一,带式输送机运行的安全及稳定对煤矿生产起着关键性的作用。针对目前带式输送机系统运行中存在的一些问题,需要进一步对防爆变频控制、液压张紧系统和传送带选材等方面进行改进,改进后的带式输送机有效地提高了煤矿生产的技术及经济效益。
As one of the key mechanical equipments for transporting materials in coal mine,the safety and stability of belt conveyor play a key role in coal mine production.In view of some problems existing in the operation of belt conveyor system,it is necessary to improve the explosion-proof frequency control,hydraulic tensioning system and conveyor belt selection,and the improved belt conveyor can effectively improve the technology and economic benefit of coal mine production.
