摘要
介绍了轿车转向横拉杆的冲压工艺分析及模具设计。根据制件的特殊要求:高强板、厚板料、拉伸件,翻孔精度要求较高的特点,结合实际情况,从拉伸的角度分析了制件生产的工艺过程,制定了切实可行的冲压工艺方案。模具设计采用标准镶块的形式,有效地解决了生产过程中模具成本高、生产效率低的问题,确保了生产的高效率和制件质量的稳定性。
This paper introduces the stamping technology analysis and die design of the steering rod of the automobile.According to the special requirements of the workpiece:high strength plate,thick plate material,drawing parts,the characteristics of high accuracy requirements for burring holes,combined with the actual situation,the process of part production is analyzed from the perspective of drawing parts,and a practical stamping process plan is formulated.The die design adopts the standard insert form,which effectively solves the situation of high die cost and affecting production efficiency in the production process,and ensures the high efficiency of production and the stability of product quality.
