使用MoldFlow软件对天线支架外壳塑件进行模流分析,使用NX软件进行模具设计。从浇口位置分析、浇注系统与冷却系统的设计、分析、优化,到最后的模具设计,完全解释了MoldFlow在设计过程中的应用。
This paper use MoldFlow software to one antenna bracket plastic shell mold flow analysis,using NX Software mold design.From the gate location analysis,gating system and cooling system design,analysis,optimization,at the end of the mold design,fully explain the application of CAE in the design process.
