摘要
针对模具制造企业对于高速切削加工的迫切需要,提出了淬硬钢模具零件高速切削加工工艺的优化方法。选择淬硬钢典型模具零件为研究对象,以缩短加工时间、延长刀具使用寿命、保证加工质量等为研究目标,按照多重目标优化原则,提出高速切削加工工艺优化方法,从而建立淬硬钢模具零件高速切削加工工艺规范。
In view of the urgent need for high speed machining in mold manufacturing enterprises.This paper put forward the optimization method of high speed cutting process for hardened steel mold parts.Select the typical die parts of hardened steel as the research object,take the shortening of the processing time,the lengthening the service life of the tool and the guarantee of processing quality for the purpose of research,according to the principle of multiple objective optimization,to put forwardthe optimization method of high speed cutting process,so as to establish high speed machining process specification for hardened steel mold parts.
