摘要
模具加工作为行业发展至关重要的环节,如何高效率加工出模具零件,缩短模具制造周期成为当今重要课题。在复杂模具型腔、型芯加工中,三轴机床加工往往存在大量残余余量,这些残余部分严重影响后续加工效率和加工质量。通过塑料模具型腔、型芯的实际数控编程加工案例介绍和分析,阐述了MasterCAM残料清除和刀具选择在模具加工中的应用,如何提高模具加工的效率、安全性、经济性、加工稳定性。
As a key link in the development of the industry,how to efficiently mold and shorten the die manufacturing cycle has become an important issue for mold processing.In the processing of complex mold cavitycore,three axis machine tool machining often have a large amount of debris allowance,these seriously affect the subsequent processing efficiency and processing quality.Through the introduction and analysis of actual NC programming and processing cases of plastic moulds,this paper described the application of MasterCAM debris removal and tool selection in die processing in detail,and how to improve the efficiency,safety,economy and processing stability of mould processing.
