摘要
凸块是转鼓试验台中重要的零部件之一,由于不同轮廓路面会对汽车产生不同的激励,因此,需要通过在转鼓上加装形状不同的凸块,使转鼓表面的轮廓形状接近实际路面轮廓形状,模拟汽车在不同路面上行驶。以某汽车试验场波浪路面为例,介绍其几何构造特点及构建转鼓波浪路面凸块的方法,并利用MATLAB实现了凸块轮廓设计,提高了路面复现精度。按以此方法,采用典型运动规律组合而成的凸块可以实现多种路面轮廓。
Bump is one of the important parts of drum test rig. Different contour pavement can produce different incentives for car,therefore,need to pass on the drum with different shapes of convex block,make the drum surface contour shape is close to the actual road surface contour shape,simulating the car that runs on different road surface. It on a pavement test waves as an example,introduces the geometric structure characteristics and construction of drum wavemethod ofpavement convex block,and making use of the MATLAB to designconvex block contour,improving the precision of pavement repetition.In this method,the motion law of the typical combination of convex block can realize a variety of surface contour.
