摘要 电动轮车辆交-直-交动力传递系统中,交流电动机与柴油发动机扭矩-转速曲线匹配是需要解决的重要内容。基于变频调速和矢量控制技术,通过对电动轮车辆外特性曲线的分析,结合三相交流发电机和交流电动机的工作特性,对电动轮车辆交流传动系统控制进行研究,采用交-直-交方式实现对电动机的交流传动控制。设计基于TMS320LF2401A的硬件控制系统等比例小功率交流传动试验,对交流控制系统进行检验,通过对轮边交流电机相关参数的分析。结果表明通以解决柴油机与交流电动机的转矩匹配,而且系统具有更高的效率,为下一步整车设计提供参考。 AC motor and diesel engine torque and rotational speed curve matching is an important part of the electric drive vehicle AC power transmission system. After analysis of the characteristic curve of vehicle,and working characteristics of three-phase AC generator and AC motor,control strategy and theoretical analysis was completed with vector control and frequency control technology. AC-driven motor control was implemented with the ac-dc-ac mode. A laboratory for AC driven study with small power and proportion was designed based on TMS320 LF2401 A. The AC-driven was tested on processes. The results show that the torque matching of the diesel engine and AC motor,and the system has higher efficiency,which provides a reference for the design of the next step.
