摘要
针对薄煤层采煤机滚筒装煤效率低的问题,采用离散元仿真方法对滚筒装煤过程进行研究。在UG中建立滚筒模型,利用颗粒流离散元软件PFC3D,建立模拟煤壁模型,将滚筒模型导入,形成滚筒、煤壁的组合仿真模型。通过顺转和逆转装煤对比实验,得出滚筒逆转装煤效率比滚筒顺转装煤效率高9.3%左右。通过正交实验,得到了叶片螺旋升角、滚筒转速、牵引速度三因素对滚筒装煤效率影响的显著性和最佳取值。仿真研究结果对薄煤层采煤机滚筒的设计具有一定的指导意义。
Aiming at the problems of poor coal loading efficiency of thin seam shearer,the coal loading process of drum is studied based on discrete element simulation method. The drum model is established in the three modeling software UG. The simulation model of coal wall is established by the simulation software PFC3D,and the drum model is imported to form a combined simulation model of drum and coal wall. By comparing the coal loading experiments of clockwise and reverse,it is resulted that the drum coal loading efficiency of reverse is about 9.3% higher than the coal loading efficiency of clockwise.Through the orthogonal experiment,the significance analysis results of helix angle of helical blade,drum speed and traction speed affecting the drum coal loading efficiency are acquired,and the best values of the three factors are achieved. The simulation results have certain guiding significance for the design of drum of thin coal seam shearer.
