摘要
研究不同培养条件对黑曲霉利用玉米粉产酸的影响。在对玉米粉、硫酸铵、硫酸镁、磷酸二氢钾进行单因素试验的基础上,设计四因素三水平的L9(34)正交试验优化培养条件研究,结果表明:在玉米粉20%,硫酸铵0.7%,硫酸镁0.3%,磷酸二氢钾0.9%的培养条件下,黑曲霉利用玉米粉生产柠檬酸的最佳产酸率为1.15 g/L,效果相对最好。
The effects of different culture conditions on the acid production of Aspergillus niger using corn flour were studied.Corn flour,(NH4)2SO4,Mg SO4and KH2PO44 single factors was studied,based on four factors and three levels L9(3~4)orthogonal test culture conditions,the results showed that:Under the culture conditions that corn flour 20%,(NH4)2SO40.7%,Mg SO40.3%,KH2PO40.9%,the best production of citric acid was 1.15 g/L by Aspergillus niger using corn flour,and the effect is relatively better.
