新时代高校科研育人问题与途径探析

科研育人是我国高校"十大"育人体系的重要一环,是新时代高等教育深化改革的关键课题。科研育人除了要培养学生的科研能力、塑造科研精神外,还需提升科研品德。当前,高校科研工作的育人意识有待进一步提高,育人方式有待进一步创新,育人管理有待进一步加强,育人环境有待进一步营造。为充分发挥高校科研工作的育人职能,需从教育主体、培养体系和特色模式等角度来激发育人活力。

Scientific research education（ SRE） is an important part of the uTop Ten＂ education system, and is a key issue deepening reform of higher education in the new era. Apart from cultivating students＇ scientific research capabilities and shaping the spirit of scientific research,SRE must also improve research ethics. At present, the awareness of educating people in colleges needs to be further improved, the method innovated, education management strengthened, and the education environment established. In order to give full play to the educational function of scientific research,it is necessary to stimulate the development of people’s vitality from the perspectives of educational subjects, training systems and distinctive models.
