摘要
为了在早期监测出永磁同步电机发生了相带第一匝短路故障,利用有限元法,对永磁同步电机绕组相带第一匝短路故障的特征进行了研究。首先介绍了电机的设计参数及绕组结构,其次运用Ansoft软件建立了永磁电机模型,通过对短路故障前后电机电流波形、谐波含量的分析,及特征量随电机转速和负载变化的演变规律,找到了电机发生相带第一匝短路故障的特征,为永磁同步电机发生相带第一匝短路故障的诊断供了理论依据。
Aiming at short-circuit fault characteristic parameters of the first turn of the phase belt( FTPB),short-circuit fault model of the FTPB of the PMSM was established using the finite element method. This paper first introduced the electrical machine design parameters and winding construction,after which it established the PMSM model using Ansoft Maxwell software. The current of short-circuit fault of the FTPB of the PM motor and the harmonic contents of the current were extracted before and after the short circuit fault. The law for each characteristic parameter to change with the motor load and speed was researched.The conclusions can be used as the basis for online diagnosis of short-circuit fault of the FTPB of the PMSM.
