摘要
在可靠高性要求高的调节控制系统中,机电系统因其技术的进步得到日益广泛的应用。机电系统的性能是由电机及其控制驱动系统共同决定的,为了获得可靠性高、性能优良的控制特性,首先根据系统控制速率、精度、负载特性、锁紧状态、工作环境等要求合理选择电机及其参数,其中永磁同步电机以其优良的控制调节性能适用于高性能调节系统,可替代步进电机和无刷直流电机;而主从绕组设计是电机常用的冗余设计。基于电机参数以DSP处理器为核心设计的电机控制系统,具备自检(BIT)、电机运转灵活控制能力,同步开展的冗余设计、故障诊断和保护策略分析等软硬件设计,满足高可靠性控制系统要求,上位机通过通讯实时检测记录系统状态。验证结果表明系统控制调节性能优良。
The motor and its control drive system codetermine the performance of the electromechanical system. In order to obtain the control characteristics with high reliability and excellent performance,the motor and its parameters are selected based on system control speed,precision,load characteristics,locking status,working environment and other requirements. The permanent magnet synchronous motor were designed for high-performance regulating systems because of its excellent control performance,while replacing the stepper motors and brushless DC motors. Based on motor parameters,the motor control system consist of DSP was proposed in this paper,which have the capacity of self testing( BIT) and flexible motor control.Besides,the redundant design,fault diagnosis,and protection strategy analysis as well as software and hardware design were built,the results indicate that the system meet the requirement of high reliability. Experimental results illustrate the efficacy of the proposed system.
