摘要
随着工业4.0迅速发展,对交流永磁伺服驱动器提出了更高的要求,特别是适用于机器人的伺服驱动器要求高可靠性、高控制精度等。本文采用英飞凌最新推出的适用于机器人伺服驱动的控制器XMC4800,介绍了XMC4800的解调器模块以及高精度隔离式Σ-Δ型调制器AD7403的工作原理、设计了硬件接口电路和软件代码编程。
Along with the rapid development of industry 4. 0,puts forward higher requirements on AC permanent magnet servo driver,especially suitable for the robot's servo driver requires high reliability,high control precision,etc. This article introduced the infineon's controller XMC4800 which was suitable for robot servo drive. The modem module were introduced,as well as high precision isolation type Σ-Δ modulator AD7403 principle and the design of the hardware interface circuit and the software programming code.
