一种基于MCU的图形组态设计研究

摘要 传统的图形显示界面,一般通过程序直接绘制到显示屏,逻辑组态程序与实现程序实现耦合度高,如果需要修改界面,则需通过修改大量代码来实现,这样导致程序复杂,重复性劳动多,开发周期长,不利于核电领域图形组态软件的开发;基于计算机监控系统的图形组态软件虽然可通过图形化编程方便的获取和修改显示界面,但由于计算机监控系统功耗高、体积大,在某些环境中有所限制,为了解决这些问题,将图形组态软件在计算机中设计好的图形界面编译成BIN文件,把BIN文件下装到存储器件中,并通过MCU(micro controller unit)完成图形界面需要完成的底层功能,降低模块间的耦合性,利用了计算机界面开发的优势,避免了直接使用计算机监控系统带来的功耗高体积大等问题. With the development of science and technology,graphic configuration software has been widely used in many fields,especially in the field of nuclear power control equipment and process monitoring devices.The traditional graphic display interface is usually drawn directly to the display screen through the program.The logic configuration program and the implementation program achieve a high degree of coupling.If the interface needs to be modified,it needs to be modified by a large number of codes.This leads to complicated procedures and repetitive labor.Long development cycle is not conducive to the development of graphic configuration software in the field of nuclear power;graphic configuration software based on computer monitoring system can easily acquire and modify the display interface through graphical programming,but the computer monitoring system has high power consumption and large volume.In some environments,there are limitations.In orderto solve these problems,graphical configuration software in the computer is used to design a good graphical interface compiled into BIN file,the BIN file is loaded into the storage device,and through the MCU to complete the underlying functions of the graphical interface need,reduce the coupling between modules,the advantages of computer interface development are used to avoid the large power consumption and other issues brought about by the direct use of computer monitoring system.
