不同浪向下管道下水过程中托管架的动力学分析

摘要 托管架在管道下水的过程中起着支撑及引导的重要作用。为研究托管架的力学性能,参考某铺管船托管架具体参数,结合工作海域具体海况,通过对管道下水过程的必要简化,基于凝集质量法,将托管架离散成凝集质量模型,运用大型水动力分析软件OrcaFlex建立了不同浪向下托管架的动力学分析模型。运用时域耦合分析得到了不同浪向下管道与托辊之间接触力、各个托辊处的位移、速度等的变化情况,计算结果对具体工程实践有一定的指导意义。 The stinger plays an important role in supporting and guiding pipeline laying into water. In order to study the mechanical properties of the stinger,based on the specific parameters of a certain stinger and the lumped mass method,the stinger is discretized into lumped mass model. With reference to the specific sea condition and by necessary simplification of the process of the pipeline laying,the dynamic model of stinger in the process of pipeline laying under different wave directions has been established by the large hydrodynamic analysis software OrcaFlex. The contact force between pipeline and rollers on the stinger and the displacement and velocity of each roller are obtained by time-domain coupling analysis. The calculation results have certain guiding significance for actual engineering practice.
