摘要
以西非近海一艘深水超大型FPSO为例介绍抗船舶碰撞设计理念。工程设计阶段考虑供应船和外输油船对FPSO的碰撞;考虑FPSO码头系泊、拖航、海上安装、生产和维修各工况,确定舷侧保护架和靠船区碰垫布置。详细设计阶段改进FPSO舷侧保护架基座,优化上、下基座处安装设计;进行FPSO船舶碰撞非线性结构动力分析,核实保护架受到供应船撞击后与被保护设施之间的最小间距,计算保护架和FPSO主船体各级事故工况的结构耐撞动能,预测FPSO主船体破损范围,验证FPSO主船体结构抗撞设计可靠性。
This paper introduces the design concepts of FPSO protector against ship impacts by taking a large deep water FPSO working in offshore West Africa for example. In the engineering design stage, the design considers the impacts caused by supply vessel and offloading oil tanker, and the cases of FPSO quayside mooring, towing, offshore installation, operation and repairing. In the detailed design stage, the design improves the protector support bases at broadside, optimizes the installation design of upper and lower support bases, conducts nonlinear structural dynamic analysis on the impacts, verifies the minimum clearance between the protector and the protected facilities after supply vessel impact, calculates the dynamic energy absorbing capacity of FPSO hull and protector in different incident levels against impact,predicts breach scope of FPSO hull,and verifies the structural design reliability of FPSO hull against impact.
