摘要 舟山海域某条输水海底管道存在泄漏问题,需要进行漏点排查与修复。阐述了一种海上输水管道漏点查找及修复技术,主要是依据管道停输一段时间后和再加压运行一段时间后两次测量的管道周边海床地形变化和潜水员水下探摸排查确认的方法进行漏点查找;根据泄漏点特征提出采用两道管卡并在两道管卡环空内灌注水下不分散水泥基灌浆料进行密封的修复方法。现场实践表明,采用该技术成功地完成了该输水管道的漏点查找与修复,可为后续类似海底管道漏点排查项目提供参考。 There is a leak problem in a certain offshore water pipeline in Zhoushan sea area,which needs to be found and repaired.This paper describes a technique of offshore water pipeline leak finding and repair which is mainly based on the two measurements of seabed topography change between the pipeline shutdown period and then the pipeline operation period, in addition to the diver confirmation. Considering the characteristics of the leak position, the repair method apply ing two-layer pipe-clamps is used and underwater anti-washout cement is grouted into the annular space of the two-layer pipe-clamps for seal. The successful practice shows that the method of pipeline leak finding and repair proposed in this paper will provide reference for similar offshore pipeline leak finding and repair program.
