摘要
为实现山体隧道穿越管道的快速高效安装,并确保后期的安全运行,要求在工程设计阶段充分考虑管道稳定性和应力敏感段的影响。通过总结设计经验,结合工程实例探索了直墙圆拱形断面隧道内、外不同的管道敷设安装方式,进行了管道强度、刚度、抗震和不同工况下的线路关键点应力校核分析,验证了设计结果的合理性,并给出管道施工关键技术参数建议,可为国内类似大口径管道山体隧道穿越技术应用和发展提供实践资料和工程借鉴。
In order to realize the quick and efficient installation of the pipeline through a mountain tunnel and ensure the safe operation in the later stage,the influences of pipeline stability and stress sensitive section should be fully considered in the engineering design stage. Through summing up the design experience and combining with the engineering example,this paper probes into the different pipeline laying and installation methods applied inside and outside the tunnel with the straight wall and circular arch cross-section,and analyzes the pipeline strength, stiffness, earthquake resistance and stress check at key points of the pipeline under different working conditions. The rationality of the design results is verified, and the key technical parameters of pipeline construction are suggested,which can provide practical data and engineering reference for application and development of this technology in similar large-caliber pipelines through mountain tunnels in China.
