10万m^3储罐滑车改为防腐作业移动平台的力学分析

摘要 将大型储罐正装法施工过程中使用的滑车改造为罐外壁防腐移动平台,平台的载重和自重比改造前的滑车增加了两倍,并且结构也相应发生了变化。为保证安全和使用功能,在对其进行内、外力分析,给出了保证移动平台行走顺畅和减少掉落风险时支撑轮的合适安装位置,并计算了移动平台内力分布状态的基础上,论述了移动平台材料的选用及制作,分析、计算了移动平台危险截面的内力情况。改造后移动平台可用于外浮顶罐外壁的防腐保温施工和附件安装,因而可免去脚手架的搭拆工作;具有行走顺畅、安全可靠、成本低、使用效率高等特点。 Modifying the movable frame for tank wall upright assembly to the mobile platform for anticorrosion construction of storage tank will double the load and self weight than the movable frame,also cause corresponding change of structure. In order to ensure operation safety and function,mechanical analysis on the structure is performed. The proper installation position of support wheels to ensure smooth moving and avoid falling of the mobile platform is determined. The material selection and platform manufacture are illustrated based on the force distribution analysis and dangerous cross-section calculation. The mobile platform can be applied in anticorrosion and thermal insulation construction and appendix installation. Thus,the assembly and disassembly of scaffolds are avoided.The mobile platform has the advantages of smooth moving,safety and reliability,low cost and high application efficiency.
