摘要
哈萨克斯坦PKOP炼厂新建的200万t/a重油催化装置中的核心设备分馏塔采用分片运输、现场组焊、现场整体热处理的方法。介绍了分馏塔复合板从国内运输到现场前的准备工作以及现场组焊安装的全过程,详细阐述了施工准备阶段国内外需要完成的各项工作,施工阶段复合板焊接的焊接顺序、焊接工艺以及主要的注意事项,分馏塔组焊完成后整体做热处理的方法。实践证明,此施工方法取得了较好的效果,为海外的大型非标设备组焊施工提供了借鉴经验。
The fractionation column is the core equipment of the newly built 2 000 000 t/a heavy oil catalytic unit in Kazakhstan PKOP Shemkent refinery modernization project,of which parts were made in the form of composite plates and transported,then assembled by welding and treated in integral heating way in site. This paper describes the whole process of domestic preparation work before transportation,assemble welding and installation in site,illustrates in detail the kinds of preparation work in China and Kazakhstan,the composite plates assembly welding sequence and process,the key matters needing attention in construction stage and the integral heating treatment method for the fractionation column. This construction method achieved better effect.
