The Boundary of Service Outsourcing of Public Libraries in the Period of Market Cultivation

《公共图书馆法》明确规定县级以上人民政府应当积极调动社会力量参与公共图书馆建设[1]。服务外包在实践中已成为社会力量参与公共图书馆服务的一种有效补充。通过访谈分析和实地调研,从不同视角观察选取样本,综合研究我国不同地区公共图书馆服务外包的边界,以期探索符合当下实情的公共图书馆服务外包边界。

The ＂Law of the People＇s Republic of China on Public Libraries＂ clearly stipulates that governments at or above the county level should actively mobilize social forces to participate in the construcfon of public libraries. In practice, service out.sourcing has become an effecfve supplement which social forces participate in public library services. This study aims at observing samples from different perspectives. Through analysis of interviews, field research, this research comprehensively studies on the differences of boundaries in different areas of the public library service outsourcing in China, in order to explore the public library service outsourcing boundaries that meet the current situation.
