精细内切睑袋去除术联合眶隔脂肪移植术矫正下睑袋的疗效观察

Clinical Effect of Lower Blepharoplasty by Fine Inner Pouch Removal Surgery Combined with Orbital Fat Transfer Operation

目的:探讨应用精细内切睑袋去除术联合眶隔脂肪移植术矫正下睑袋的临床效果。方法:选取2015年1月-2017年1月在笔者医院接受下睑袋整形处理的80例患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用传统结膜入路下睑袋整形术去除下睑袋;观察组采用精细内切睑袋去除术联合眶隔脂肪移植术。术后7d对比分析两组患者的临床效果。结果:观察组下睑袋皮肤外观恢复时间、睑袋整形效果满意度及并发症发生率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用精细内切睑袋去除术联合眶隔脂肪移植术矫正下睑袋更加安全有效,具有良好的整形效果,组织破坏少,术后恢复期短,可明显提高患者满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the safety and efficacy of fine inner pouch removal surgery combined with orbital fat transfer operation to the patients who accepted lower blepharoplasty. Methods 80 patients with lower blepharoplasty were regarded as the objects of research in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017. The whole patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method and each group has 40 patients. The control group used traditional transconjunctival approach to lower blepharoplasty,while the observation group used fine inner pouch removal surgery combined with orbital fat transfer operation.Comparison of the clinical effects of two groups of patients with 7 d after operation. Results The Appearance recovery time, the cosmetic effect of blepharoplasty and the incidence of complications in the observation group were all better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion It is more safe and effective to use fine incision bag removal combined with orbital septum fat transplantation to correct the blepharoplasty. It has good plastic effect, less tissue damage and short recovery period, which can obviously improve patient satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical application.
