药物水光注射治疗黄褐斑对患者CK10、SOD及MDA表达水平的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨药物水光注射治疗黄褐斑的疗效及对患者细胞角蛋白10(Cytokeratin 10,CK10)、超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase,SOD)及丙二醛(Malondialdehyde,MDA)表达水平的影响。方法:选取笔者医院2016年5月-2017年5月收治的黄褐斑患者160例,随机分为传统组与药物组,每组80例。传统组采用传统穴位注射法治疗,药物组采用药物水光注射治疗。观察两组患者额部病损皮肤基底上层CK10表达程度、血清SOD、MDA水平并进行比较分析。结果:治疗后,药物组与传统组CK10表达程度明显减弱,药物组明显低于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。药物组与传统组SOD表达水平均显著升高,药物组明显高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。药物组MDA水平明显低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);传统组MDA下降不明显,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。药物组总有效率为93.75%显著高于传统组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用药物水光注射治疗黄褐斑,可降低病损皮肤基底上层CK10表达程度,改善血清SOD和MDA水平,疗效较好。 Objective To investigate the effect of drugwater injection in the treatment of chloasma and the effect on the expression level of cytokeratin 10(Cytokeratin 10, CK10), superoxide dismutase(Superoxide dismutase, SOD) and malondialdehyde(Malondialdehyde, MDA) in patients. Methods 160 cases of Chloasma in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were randomly divided into the traditional group and the drug group, 80 cases in each group. The traditional group used the traditional acupoint injection,and the drug group with drug water injection. The expression level of CK10,serum SOD and MDA in the upper basal layer of skin onforehead were compared between the drug group and the traditional group. Results After treatment, the expression level of CK10 in the drug group and the traditional group was significantly reduced, and the drug group was significantly lower than that in the traditional group, the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). The expression levels of SOD in both the drug group and the traditional group were significantly increased, and the drug group was significantly higher than the traditional group(P〈0.05). The level of MDA in the drug group was significantly lower than that before the treatment(P〈0.05). There was no significant difference in MDA in the traditional group(P〉0.05). The total effective rate in the drug group was 93.75%, which was significantly higher than that in the traditional group(75.00%,P〈0.05). Conclusion The treatment of Chloasma with drug water injection can reduce the expression level of CK10 on the upper basal layer of skin lesions, improve the level of serum SOD and MDA, and improve the curative effect.
