浅析经济学视角下的城市历史街区保护策略

Urban historical district conservation strategy under the economics perspective

城市历史街区保护是城市历史文化遗产保护的重要组成部分,它作为人类社会的一个部分,同样也具有作为经济发展载体的重要功能,因此有必要从经济学视角对其展开研究。首先分析了城市历史街区的经济价值,继而阐述市场经济下城市历史街区保护面临的困境,通过外部经济效应内部化等经济学原理提出了建构可持续的城市历史街区保护策略的方法。

Historical district conservation is one of the important part of urban cultural heritage conservation,as a part of human social,it also works as a carrier of economic development,so study under the economics perspective is necessary. This paper analyzed the economical value of historical district,and then discussed the difficulties of historical district conservation under the market economy,finally pointed out the way of construct a sustainable historical district conservation strategy though the economic theories such as internalization of external economy effect.
