以乡村振兴为背景,从乡村的规划入手,对规划中"自主性"与"实施性"两个关键问题进行探讨,提出乡村规划中的人居环境提升与乡村产业规划两个重点阶段,并进行了详细阐述,以供参考。

Taking the rural revitalization as the background,the paper explores the key problems including the autonomy and implementation in planning from the rural planning,points out the two important stages such as the living environment and rural industry in the rural planning,and illustrates the details,so as to provide some reference.
