地铁站点与商业衔接的地下公共空间开发探析

The underground public space development analysis of subway station and the surrounding commercial convergence

以北京市地下公共空间为切入点,聚焦于地下人行系统,归纳了地下人行系统开发的必要性。以北京地铁永安里站至建国门站地下人行系统为例,通过分析方案控制因素,提出设计方案,论述地下人行系统开发的社会效益评估和风险分析,并对站点周边地下人行系统开发提出了建议。

Selecting the underground public space as the entry point,focusing on underground pedestrian system,this study summarizes the necessity of development. By takeing the underground pedestrian system of subway from Yong＇anli station to Jianguomen station as an example,the paper analyzes the control factors of the project,puts forward the design proposal,analyzes the social benefit evaluation and risk analysis,then the suggestions for the surrounding underground pedestrian system development are offered.
