摘要
对20组复合尾矿多孔砖试件的外观尺寸、破坏过程、抗压强度等基本性能进行了试验研究。结果表明:PVC管的加入,可以控制裂缝的发展方向;尾矿矿渣的掺入可以提高多孔砖的抗压强度,且在取代率为25%、水灰比为0.31时达到强度最大值。因此,水灰比为0.31,矿渣取代率为25%时,多孔砖抗压强度达到29.56 MPa。
Study on the fundamental properties,such as external dimension,destructive process,compression stremgth,of 20 groups multi brick with compond tailings. Results show that: as PVC pupe is added,it can control the direction of the crack development; the mixing of tailing slag can enhance the compressive strength of the porous brick; as the rate of substitution is 25% and the ratio of water to ash is 0. 31,the miximum strength is reached. Therefore,when the rate of substitution is 25% and the ratio of water to ash is 0. 31,the compressive strength of the porous brick reaches 29. 56 MPa.
