关中地区村镇房屋质量问题调查及处理对策

对我国关中地区村镇住宅安全的现状进行了调查,对所存在的主要质量问题进行了归纳总结,指出该地区村镇住宅普遍存在着房屋地基的不均匀沉降、门窗洞口处砌体剪切裂缝以及楼面板产生的顺板裂缝等质量问题,同时结合实际情况,分析这些质量问题的形成原因,并相应地提出一些简单实用的处理方法及防治措施,为该地区村镇住宅的设计、建造及加固提供了一些参考。
