摘要
分析了我国建筑施工监理工作的发展现状,介绍了如何做好建筑施工部门的管理工作和建筑施工监理工作,通过对建筑施工监理工作的研究,并以建筑企业相关部门的有效管理为基础,提出如何让我国建筑工程创造出更大的经济与社会效益。
