摘要
介绍了房建工程施工阶段对工程造价进行控制的重要性,并分析了在施工阶段影响工程造价的因素,最后探析了施工阶段控制工程造价的主要措施,希望在控制造价成本方面做出一点贡献。
The paper mainly introduces the importance of the housing engineering construction phase to the engineering cost,analyzes the factors in the construction phase affecting the engineering cost,and explores the main measures to control the engineering cost in the construction phases,so as to make some contribution to control the cost.
