自精准扶贫政策提出,河北针对其北部深度贫困县采取一系列措施。通过调研勘察冀北地区的银里村,综合分析该村扶贫建设的现状,运用建筑设计相关手法,提出改造规划的建议与构想,进而推至对冀北农村整体情况的思考。

Since the precise poverty alleviation policy proposed,Hebei has taken a series of measures for its deep poverty counties in the north.Through the investigation and investigation of Yinli village in northern Hebei province,this paper comprehensively analyzes the present situation of poverty alleviation construction in this village,and puts forward some suggestions and ideas on reconstruction planning by using the relevant methods of architectural design,so as to push the thinking on the overall situation of rural areas in northern Hebei province.
