摘要
医院建筑工程具有机电系统复杂、分包众多、建设运营一体等特点,智能建造技术应用有助于提升建造管理水平和建筑质量。结合新华医院新建儿科综合楼项目实践,介绍业主主导下智能建造技术应用的组织架构、管理体系、工作内容和应用效益。应用实践表明,智能建造技术为建造过程信息收集、BIM模型可视化展示、多参与方协同管理提供了统一的平台,形成了建造全过程BIM数据,支持精细化、智能化管理,也为后期运维管理提供基本数据。
Hospital construction projects,with the characteristics of various MEP systems and various subcontractors,mostly are built and maintained by the same owner. Thus,the owner wants to improve construction quality by using intelligent construction technology. This paper introduces the case of comprehensive pediatrics building project in Xinhua Hospital,where owner-driven intelligent construction technology was applied,including organizational structure,management system,work content and benefits. Application proves that,the intelligent construction technology is able to collect various construction information and link it to BIM,provide an integrated,intelligent management system for the all participants.
