根据地铁换乘站片区特殊的地理位置、集中的经济条件、建设难度大等实际情况,对地铁换乘站片区开发PPP项目的需求竞争风险、财务风险、运营管理风险等各种风险因素进行了分析,并提出了相应风险的对策和建议。

Based on the actual situation of special geographical location,concentrated economic conditions and difficulty in construction of metro transfer station,this paper analyzes the risk factors such as competition risk,financial risk,operation management risk and other risk factors for the development of PPP projects in metro transfer station,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for corresponding risks.
