深水钻井隔水管伸缩装置动密封试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了验证深水钻井隔水管伸缩装置设计原理的正确性、补偿功能和密封性能的可靠性,采用1∶3隔水管伸缩装置原理样机对其动密封进行试验研究。阐述了原理样机的密封设计原理和试验内容,在对试验工况进行分析的基础上,形成了试验总成方案;设计了由动力系统、补偿系统、加压系统、密封驱动系统和连接架体组成的动密封试验装置。利用该试验装置成功开展了深水钻井隔水管伸缩装置原理样机的动密封试验,验证了其密封设计原理的正确性和密封可靠性。试验结果为成功研制深水钻井隔水管伸缩装置奠定了基础。 According to the main function and working conditions of the deepwater drilling riser telescopic joint,the dynamic sealing test was conducted using the 1∶3 drilling riser telescopic joint prototype. The seal design principles and test contents of the prototype were described. Based on the analysis of test conditions,the test assembly scheme was established. The dynamic seal test device was designed,which is composed of power system,compensation system,boosting system,seal drive system and connection frame. Based on the test device,the dynamic sealing test of the prototype of the deepwater drilling riser telescopic joint was successfully carried out,and verified the correctness and reliability of the seal design principle. The study laid the foundation for the successful development of the deepwater drilling riser telescopic joint.
