摘要 针对管道应力集中、机械划伤与腐蚀辨别在线内检测的需求,开展基于巴克豪森效应(MBN)的油气管道内检测励磁数值计算及试验研究。通过管道周向励磁仿真,确定了管道磁巴克豪森应力内检测系统中传感器的布置位置与角度。在靠近磁极的位置管壁磁通变化梯度最大,磁感应线的大小和方向都发生了改变,检测到连续磁巴克豪森噪声信号效果更佳。通过管道励磁数值模拟,定量计算了不同励磁参数下管壁磁化的规律,初步确定了电磁和永磁激励下获取磁巴克豪森信号的励磁参数。研究结果可为管道应力内检测励磁装置的设计提供依据。 To meet the requirements of in-line measurement of pipeline stress concentration,mechanical scratches and corrosion identification,the numerical calculation and experimental study of the in-line measurement excitation of oil and gas pipeline based on the Barkhausen effect( MBN) was carried out. Through the circumferential excitation simulation of the pipeline,the position and angle of the sensors in the pipeline magnetic Barkhausen stress detection system are determined. At the position close to the magnetic pole,the flux gradient of the tube wall is the largest,and the magnitude and direction of the magnetic induction line are changed. It is better to detect the continuous magnetic Barkhausen noise signal. Through the numerical simulation of pipeline excitation,the law of tube wall magnetization under different excitation parameters is quantitatively calculated,and the excitation parameters of magnetic Barkhausen signal obtained by electromagnetic and permanent magnet excitation are preliminarily determined. The research results can provide the basis for the design of the excitation device in in-line stress measurement of pipeline.
