偏磨油管剩余强度有限元模拟与实物性能试验 被引量:4

摘要 目前偏磨对油管强度性能的影响主要依赖有限元模拟研究,缺少实物试验验证,即偏磨油管的强度性能指标缺少必要的试验数据支撑。鉴于此,采用有限元分析软件对2根壁厚磨损率25%的偏磨油管的螺纹连接强度和内压强度进行研究,并在现有研究的基础上对磨痕形状进行了改进,使之更加符合实际磨痕形貌。研究中发现油管剩余连接强度和内压强度都高于标准规定值。对比有限元模拟结果与实物试验结果可知,壁厚磨损率25%的偏磨油管的螺纹连接强度和内压强度模拟计算结果与实物试验值间的相对误差分别为5.00%和7.35%,说明模型的预测精度良好。研究结果为壁厚磨损率小于25%的偏磨油管的再利用提供了必要的理论依据。 At present,the study of the effect of eccentric wear on the tubing strength mainly depends on the finite element simulation,which lacks physical test verification. The strength index of eccentric wear tubing lacks necessary test data support. A physical test study was conducted on the thread connection strength and burst strength of two eccentric wear tubings with a wall thickness wear rate of 25%. It was found that the remaining connection strength and burst strength of the tubing were higher than the standard values. Comparing the finite element simulation results with the physical test results,the relative errors between the simulated results and the test results of the thread connection strength and the burst strength of the eccentric wear pipe with a wall thickness wear rate of25% were 5. 00% and 7. 35%,respectively,indicating good prediction accuracy. The study provides a basis for the reuse of eccentric wear tubing with a wall thickness wear rate of less than 25%.
