摘要
采用同一聚酯树脂按当量比分别与异氰脲酸三缩水甘油酯(TGIC)、羟烷基酰胺(HAA)两种固化剂制备粉末涂料涂层,用冲击实验、杯突实验、T弯实验、电子万能试验机和动态热机械分析仪等实验方法对涂层力学性能进行研究,结果发现,TGIC体系粉末涂层的刚性要大于HAA体系涂层,但两者的力学性能基本一致。
Coatings were prepared by using triglycidyl isocyanurate and primid as curing agent for resin,respectively. Characterization methods of impact test,cupping test,T bend test,universal testing machine and dynamic thermomechanical analysis were introduced to investigate coating's mechanical properties,discovering that TGIC system coating is more rigid than HAA system coating and there is no distinguish difference in mechanical properties between TGIC system coating and HAA system coating.
