摘要 两性离子聚合物含有正负电荷总数相等的阴、阳离子基团,因其能够高度水化而具有卓越的抗生物污损特性,可以有效抑制非特异性蛋白的吸附、细菌的粘附和生物膜的形成,近年来引起广泛的关注。该文概述了两性离子聚合物的种类及其抗生物污损机理,重点介绍了两性离子聚合物功能防污涂层在生物医疗和海洋防污领域的应用进展,分析了其在当前应用中需要解决的问题,并对未来的应用前景进行了展望。 Zwitterionic polymers have anion and cation groups simultaneously and bear identical positive and negative charges. Because of high hydration capacity,zwitterionic polymers present excellent anti-biofouling properties,i. e. the effective resistance to nonspecific protein adsorption,bacterial adhesion and biofilm formation,which make them arouse widespread concern in recent years. In this review,the types of zwitterionic polymers and their anti-biofouling mechanism were depicted. Meanwhile,the application progress of zwitterionic polymer functional coatings in biomedical and marine antifouling was emphasized. Finally,issues existing in these current applications were also analyzed and the future application prospects were put forward.
