摘要
流花16-2油田水下电潜泵通过25 km海底电缆由FPSO上的变频器供电。该供电方式是深水油田较为经济的供电方案,但面临电缆长距离驱动带来的启动控制、谐波放大和共振产生过电压等技术挑战和难题。以流花16-2油田电潜泵长距离供电系统为研究目标,确定了该供电系统的结构模型及对应的基础输入数据;在此基础上采用ETAP和Digsilent软件建立了系统的仿真模型,对系统静态潮流、长距离启动、电网侧谐波、变频器输出侧谐波、电压反射波等进行了仿真分析,将仿真结果与相关规范进行了对比,论证了流花16-2油田电潜泵长距离供电系统技术方案的可行性。本文研究成果对深水油田电潜泵长距离供电模式的应用具有借鉴意义。
The electrical submersible pumps of LH16-2 oilfield are powered by the frequency converter of FPSO via a 25 km long submarine cable. Although such a power supply mode is a relatively cost-effective solution for the deep water oilfield,it faces many technical challenges and difficulties,for example,difficult startup control and harmonic amplification arising out of the long-distance drive of the cable,and the overvoltage generated from harmonic resonance. This paper,by focusing at the long-distance power supply system of the electrical submersible pump of LH16-2 oilfield,determines the structure model of such power supply system and the corresponding basic input data,based on which the ETAP software and Digsilent software are employed to build a simulation model for the system to carry out the simulation and analysis of static load flow,long-distance startup,grid side harmonics,frequency converter output side harmonics,and reflected voltage wave,etc.. By comparing the simulation results with the applicable specifications,the feasibility of the technical solution for the long-distance power supply system of the electrical submersible pumps applied in the LH16-2 oilfield is hereby demonstrated. The research findings of this paper are of great significance for the application of the long-distance power supply mode for the electrical submersible pump used in the deep water oilfield.
