摘要
以丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酰胺(AM)和小麦秸秆为原料合成小麦秸秆基高吸水性树脂。红外、热分析及表面形貌测试表明树脂制备成功,其热稳定性良好;对比不加秸秆的树脂,加秸秆树脂的吸水率降低,吸盐水率变化不明显,pH敏感性变差,未达到高吸水性树脂的吸液能力。原因分析表明,这与秸秆的预处理过程、投料比、树脂合成过程及干燥方式等因素导致秸秆尺寸较大且在树脂中分散不均、过度交联、烘干不利于孔结构保持等有关。
Super absorbent resins were synthesized by copolymerization reaction of acrylic acid(AA),acrylamide(AM)and pretreated wheat straw.The infrared spectrocscopy,thermal analysis and surface morphology showed that the resins were successfully prepared and had good heat stability.Compared with the resins without straw,the water absorption rate of the straw resin was reduced,and the saltwater absorption rate have no obvious change,and the pH sensitivity became worse,in other words,the target resins had not reached the absorbent capacity of super absorbent resin.The cause analysis showed that,it is related to the factors such as the straw pretreatment process,feed ratio,and the resin synthetic process and drying methods,which led to larger size and uneven dispersion of straw in the resin,lower polymerization conversion rate,excess cross-linking,and oven-dried method bad for the porous structure,and so on.
