摘要 随着汽车市场竞争越来越激烈,消费者对汽车产品的个性化需求程度越来越高,整车制造企业面临着如何在自身资源、能力有限的情况下满足消费者广阔需求的困境。结合新兴的云制造技术以及当前汽车个性化定制模式,提出了云制造环境下汽车产品个性化定制模式。构建了以定制企业为主角的汽车产品个性化定制的云制造服务平台,详细阐述了平台的体系架构,新增针对汽车行业的应用任务及技术标准层。分析了面向定制产品的前生命周期,云制造服务平台的功能和运行模式,为汽车供应链协同满足消费者海量的个性化需求提供了思路。最后进行云制造环境下汽车个性化定制资源提供者非合作博弈分析,说明了企业愿意使用平台的原因。 In this paper, in combination with the emerging cloud manufacturing technology and the personalized customization mode of automobiles at the current stage, we put forward the personalized customization mode of the automobile products in the cloud manufacturing environment. Then, we built a cloud manufacturing service platform for the personalized customization of the automobile products with the customization enterprises playing the main role and elaborated on the system architecture of the platform, focusing on the newly added application tasks and technical standards for the automobile industry. Next, we analyzed the pre-life cycle of the customized products, as well as the function and operation mode of the cloud manufacturing service platform, which provides the lines of thinking for satisfying the massive customization demand of the customers through the coordination of the automobile supply chain. At the end, we had a non-cooperative game analysis of the automobile personalized customization resource providers in the cloud manufacturing environment to show why the enterprises were willing to use the platform.
