This paper carries out an SWOT analysis of the express delivery services operated on university campus, on the basis of which, the development scheme of the on-campus express delivery services is proposed, including the parcel receiving and dispatching procedures, pricing, freight calculation, inquiry, and delivery channels, etc., which could provide references for the development of the oncampus express delivery services.
