摘要
为研究对比多方案下冲压车间的系统特性,采用模块化、参数化建模方法,结合系统仿真技术、优化技术开发了通用的冲压车间生产系统仿真实验平台,通过拖拽模块及参数修改实现多方案快速建模,提供了完善的数据统计、指标分析、系统优化功能。采用该平台可以对任意构想方案进行模拟分析,通过数据对比及分析找出最佳实施方案,为规划布局及生产实施提供了一种决策支持。
In this paper, in order to study and compare the system characteristics of the stamping workshop under different schemes, we adopted the modular parametric modeling method, in connection with the system simulation technology and optimization technology, to develop the general experimental platform for the simulation of the production system of the workshop, and then achieved rapid modeling of the schemes through the dragging module and parametric modification, which provided the comprehensive statistics, index analysis and system optimization functions. The platform can enable the simulation and analysis of any scheme conceptions and identify the best practice through data comparison and analysis.
