摘要
研究了一家中药生产企业的中间品仓库,分别将其设计为有两套货架方案的自动化立体仓库,并利用Flexsim仿真软件对其进行仿真,同时应用层次分析法对仿真结果进行分析,得出较优设计方案。最后选取传送带速度为参数对较优方案进行反复优化,从而得到更优规划参数的自动化立体仓库。
In this paper, we studied the intermediate product warehouse of a traditional Chinese medicine producer, designed it respectively into two automatic storage and retrieval systems(AS/RS) each with a different racking plan, which were simulated using Flexsim;at the same time, we applied the analytic hierarchy process to the simulation result and obtained a better design plan. At the end, we subjected the said better plan to repeated optimization with conveyor belt speed as the parameter so as to obtain an AS/RS with better parameterization.
