摘要
通过分析影响装备备件调配的相关因素,运用模糊层次分析法确定各影响因素权重,在此基础上利用目标规划法建立目标函数与约束条件,寻求最优的装备备件调配方案,然后以某型备件的调配为例,验证了该组合模型的可行性和有效性。该模型能够改变以往的定性分析决策方式,运用定量分析手段解决备件供需矛盾,加强上级机关装备备件调配力度,提高装备备件周转率,盘活现有库存,使库存备件充分发挥其应有的作用。
In this paper, through analyzing the relevant factors affecting the deployment and allocation of the equipment spare parts, we used the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each of such factors, on the basis of which, the objective function and constraint conditions were established by using the goal method to find the optimal equipment spare parts deployment and allocation scheme.Next, the feasibility and effectiveness of the combination model were verified in the case of the allocation of a certain type of spare parts.
