首先介绍了当前车辆器材保管员队伍建设中存在的主要问题,提出了加强保管员队伍建设的关键措施,最后结合实情,探索了新形势下提升保管员素质的具体做法。

In this paper, we first introduced the main problems existing in the construction of the vehicle equipment storekeeper team,put forward some key measures for its strengthening and finally, in view of the practical circumstances, explored the concrete methods to improve the quality of the storekeepers under the new situation.
